Erich Fromm worked for decades with methods of self-awareness. In this conference, we want to take up and update his posthumously published text “From Having to Being” and make critical distinctions from different perspectives: Which methods of self-awareness are helpful, which are rather useless, dangerous or even harmful? What leads out of the ego tunnel and what doesn’t?<\/p>\n

It is about self-analysis, yoga and meditation, psychoanalysis, but also about Buddhism. A conference not only with competent speakers, but also with discussion groups and practical exercises.<\/p>\n
