A new study group has been set up in Bochum. Together we want to make Erich Fromm’s ideas better known again in the heart of the Ruhr region and invite people to exchange ideas,
discuss texts in a reading group, organize events and meet quarterly for a regulars’ table. The first focus will be on Fromm’s concept of authoritarianism, for which we will read the book “The Fear of Freedom”. We also want to organize a lecture on the subject. We cordially invite you to get to know us and get involved.
